Remove the battery and take it to your charging spot while the scooter stays stored. Use the supplied compatible charger and follow the manual.

A folding stem keeps storage practical. Air-filled 10-inch tyres add cushioning, while a rear disc brake and electronic braking help manage your pace.

36V 10Ah · removable. Remove the battery to charge separately from the scooter. Keep the scooter stored while the battery charges with the compatible supplied charger. Follow the model instructions for removal, charging and secure refitting.

A folding stem makes storage more practical. The 10-inch pneumatic tyres provide air-filled cushioning, with rear disc and electronic braking for controlled slowing. Check tyre pressure and brakes before every ride. IP54 is a resistance rating, not permission to ride through heavy rain or standing water.

Can I remove the HX X8 battery to charge it?
Yes. The battery is removable and can be charged separately from the scooter using the supplied compatible charger. Follow the manual for removal, refitting and charging. A spare compatible battery is sold separately.
How far can the HX X8 travel on a charge?
NG Mobility advertises a maximum range of up to 40km for this configuration. This is a guide, not a guaranteed distance. Rider weight, hills, tyre pressure, temperature, speed and stop-start riding all affect range. Allow a reserve for your return trip.
How does the HX X8 compare with the other HX models?
The X8 uses a 36V 10Ah battery, compared with 5Ah in the X7 Pro and 12.8Ah in the X8 Plus. The shared 350W rated motor and 10-inch pneumatic tyres make battery capacity the clearest difference in this trio.
