Where is NG Mobility located?

Our showroom and service centre is at 232 Montague Road, West End, Brisbane QLD 4101. Open Monday–Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 9am–1pm. Test rides available for all e-bikes in stock.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

We ship to all states for most products, with free standard shipping on eligible orders over $150. HX scooters are Brisbane in-store only. For DiroDi e-bikes, ReadyRide white-glove delivery (fully assembled to your door) is available in QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC and SA — see the ReadyRide page for costs.

Do you offer Afterpay or Buy Now Pay Later?

Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout on eligible purchases, letting you spread the cost over four fortnightly payments, interest-free.

Are DiroDi electric bikes road-legal in Australia?

Yes. The DiroDi Rover 250W models are EN 15194 certified and fully road-legal on public roads and shared paths in all Australian states. No licence or registration is required — they're classified as standard e-bikes (pedelecs).

Great helmet and price. Love how it is adjustable so my Granddaughter can wear it for many years as she grows. The mint is a lovely subtle colour and the light on the back is bright for safety.

SPARKY Kids Helmet

Great light and the magnetic attachment system certainly works well. Love how it integrates seamlessly with the Aura helmet and remote control.

Never worn a helmet with a visor before. Will never go back. It’s great for wet weather, wind and bug protection. The photochromic version is certainly well worth the extra. The magnetic attachment system works extremely well.
