Where is NG Mobility located?

Our showroom and service centre is at 232 Montague Road, West End, Brisbane QLD 4101. Open Monday–Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 9am–1pm. Test rides available for all e-bikes in stock.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes — free shipping on orders over $100 across all Australian states and territories. For e-bikes, our ReadyRide white-glove delivery (fully assembled to your door) is available in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC.

Do you offer Afterpay or Buy Now Pay Later?

Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout on eligible purchases, letting you spread the cost over four fortnightly payments, interest-free.

Are DiroDi electric bikes road-legal in Australia?

Yes. The DiroDi Rover 250W models are EN 15194 certified and fully road-legal on public roads and shared paths in all Australian states. No licence or registration is required — they're classified as standard e-bikes (pedelecs).
