Where is NG Mobility located?⌄
Our store is at 232 Montague Road, West End, Brisbane QLD 4101. Open Monday–Friday 9am–5pm and Saturday 9am–1pm. Test rides available for all e-bikes in stock.
Do you deliver Australia-wide?⌄
Yes — free shipping available on orders over $150 on selected products. For DiroDi Rover e-bikes, our ReadyRide white-glove delivery (fully assembled to your door) is available in QLD, NSW, ACT and VIC.
Do you offer Afterpay or Buy Now Pay Later?⌄
Yes. Afterpay is available at checkout on eligible purchases, letting you spread the cost over four fortnightly payments, interest-free.
Are DiroDi electric bikes road-legal in Australia?⌄
Yes. The DiroDi Rover 250W models are EN 15194 certified and fully road-legal on public roads and shared paths in all Australian states. No licence or registration is required — they're classified as standard e-bikes (pedelecs).
